A Question about Kiranda (Act III Spoilers)
Does refusing her by saying that trusting demons is foolish mess with Arue? Does accepting her offer of information (only info) mess with Arue instead?

It has no significant impact, no. You won't offend Arue with that line. Everything in that quest has more to do with the character it is directly linked to.
