Can you pursue a demon mythic path and arueshaelae good path?

Arueshalae will leave Demon Knight Commander down the line. But you can team up with her corrupted self later on.

ahh ok, thanks! cause to me she is the only romance path thats really solid, but im also curious about this since ive only completed the angel path

You can follow the demon path and romance areshale. Thats only up to a certain point though. You will be forced to take a mythic path decision at the start of act 5. If you choose demon, areshale will give an impassioned speech, begging you not to. If you proceed to do so anyways, she will leave.

Conversely evil arashale, has no problem sleeping with a demon main character.

thats unfortunate... and not sure why she would do that if your not being "evil" about it... I mean she is a succubus trying to be redeemed.... thought that there was a nice demon route that wouldnt offend her as much.... like you are able to embrace the abyss and not be corrupted by it kinda thing or something....

of course I like Aivu too much to pick any route other than Azata.... lol.... so I know nothing concrete about other paths....

No "good" Demon routes available. Just like there are no "evil" Angel routes to pick. Closest thing you could do is start inside the Demon path (while trying to stay CN), then pick one of the late mythic paths and multiclass into Reformed Fiend as well to emulate a demonic nice ex-Demon.

Its not a bad concept, playing a nuetral or good demon. Just utilizing the demon powers to close the world wound. Everything around you though doesnt share that ideal. Your demon minions are ruthless and paint the streets with blood and sacrfice. Its hard to cause death and destruction on something of that scale, and still assume your a good demon. Though the poor citizins of Drezen get shafted in many of the mythic paths.

I know lich was a pure evil route.... but thought that others had different routes... like I know Aeon's can become renegade for instance...

Gold Dragon is the only path with both a good and thematically evil side path, tho the game doesn't do much with the latter.

Lich refusing the metamorphosis can be considered a less evil side path as well. Demon also has branching options. But all of them are distinctly evil. Like becoming a demon noble, an archpriest of a demon lord, or overthrowing Nocticula.
