So, buffing the weaker Archetypes are not impossible for Owlcat. I hope they will enhance Assassin oneday.

The joke with the Underground Chemist is that choosing it will put you underground.
In a regular Pathfinder tabletop game (starting from the level 1, standard stats) it's fun to play. Numbers are much smaller, including the number of enemies (that matters, because you have to pay, somehow, for you throwables).
My rule of thumb is that if it isn't viable on core and below, it's probably pretty awful. And I think the majority are viable on core and below.
