So far Winter's Grasp really stands out since Ember get's it. The Area of effect is much wider then Grease and it slaps every enemy in it whit a -2 Penalty to saves from Cold spells making it pretty hard to resist and the Flow of water ring you get in the shield maze increases it's DC as well.
Also doesn't hurt that it Deals 1d6 damage per round to enemies in it so it chips aways at the prone enemies in it even if you aren't attacking them.
Mortal Terror is a level 2 fear spells that as no level cap on the fear and can faint a enemy if they fail multiple will saves so it's also interesting.
A slight improvement for the terminally under-powered Winter Witch? Still a long way from giving them the RAW spells they should have.
There are 9 new spells. 1 of which is more for npcs Dimensional Anchor(This prevents spells/abilities that use dimension door such as demon teleport, dimension door, dimensional slide.)
Sorry, it was just an impulsive reaction. Buff management is just a pain. I don't doubt that these spells can be interesting to use.
Also um i think the Area of effect of Burning Entanglement could be just a "little" too big?
