So it depends if they make Perception check againts your Stealth check.
Or if they have any of these - True Seeing, Echolocation, Tremorsense, Blindsense, Thoughtsense. (early on nobody will not have it)
True Seeing will not counter mundane stealth. And it will counter the +20 bonus of invisibility. Mind Blank counters True Seeing.
Mind Blank might help against Ture Seeing ect. but it will not help with just a raw perception check, which, if you play on Core or above, the enemies will most likely pass.
I've check it a few times, taking my best Stealth char at the time (Woljif) and casting Ivis. on him to try and be all sneaky and the enemies just detected him right away anyway.
I gave up on trying it after that.
Maybe someone else had more luck with it, than me. Might be good for a caster, that stands way in the back, but not for a front liner.
Either you pass Perception+d20 and enemy is revealed. Or enemy stays hidden.
