Lost Traveller from Lepers Smiles - Meet again?

I picked up a achievement for saving/releasing 3 npc`s and then meeting them again.. I remember meeting the cultist and Vrock again.. but do not remember meeting the gnome i healed from Lepers smile again.. where was he? ( just finished Ivory Sanctum in Chapter 3 ). Maybe was not paying attention at the time..

you'll meet him later in chapter 4 but you can't basicaly fail the achievement now, that's probably why you already get him

You see someone called "Familiar Face" in the Bad Luck Tavern in Act 4.
