Dwarven Urgrosh
I am currently going for a two handed archtype dwarf with dwarven urgrosh however I have noticed that I am doing lower damage than it should be. It seems like something is wrong with the weapon because other 2 handed weapons do a lot more damage. What am I missing? Is urgrosh dexterity based of considered as two-weapon fighting?

The Dwarven Urgosh is not a TwoHanded weapon. It is a Double Weapon.

As such, the primary side gets Str to damage, and the secondary side gets 1/2 Str.

Note: You are also taking a penalty to hit when doing a Full Attack, as you are suddenly now Fighting with Two Weapons

I see, so if I prefer something like earth breaker I will be on the road again right?

Absolutely.

However, (and trying not to spoil anything) that's probably a bad choice for a weapon, although there are 10 listed magic versions on Fextralife of varying levels, plus Finnean

Without trying to sway you at all, the Fauchard is more inline with what you were first looking at.
It's an Axe style weapon, more than the Hammer of the Earth Breaker.
It's an Exotic weapon, which Urgosh is as well.

The non-magical comparison, well, there just isn't one:
Earth Breaker: 2d6 dam, 20(x3)
Fauchard: 1d10 dam, 18-20(x2), and it's a reach weapon.

Earth Breaker has a higher potential damage, but it will happen far less often. You also can't get one that has Keen on it, as it's a bludgeoning weapon. (if there's a game broken thing, then it becomes 19-20(x3)
The Fauchard with Keen, or Imp Crit will be 15-20(x2). You'll be getting *and confirming* those crits way more often, and you'll be in less danger with reach, and dishing out more Attack of Opportunity as you close the pinch points.

Fextralife says there are 7 Magical Fauchards (plus Finnean)
I had a peak, and a couple look pretty sweet indeed.

Best of Luck !
