Domain Zealot not working:
I got Domain Zealot, but it only works for one of my domains, not both. For those who don't know, Domain Zealot lets you activate domain abilities as a swift action instead of a standard action. My build hinges on this working, as it's a destruction and nobility domain build that ideally lets me buff myself and allies as a swift action.

Previously, I could use the destructive aura with Domain Zealot, but since I got the second domain, it hasn't been working.

This must be a new bug then, since it worked right for me prior to the newest patches.
I did 3 whole runs for DLC3, and always took Domain Zealot and multiple domains on my cleric. Never had a problem then.

Yeah. It's a really strong combo. It's not a build-ruining bug, but I do wish it would work properly. I no longer have access to the save before I got the second domain for my crusader cleric.

Domain zealot still requires a swift action. If you are trying to do multiple swift actions in a single round, you will fail.

No, it's not working when I try to only use destructive aura (a destruction domain ability that uses a standard action and previously worked with Domain Zealot).
