In addition, spell focus in other schools would also apply to conjuration. At least, that's how it presently works (and there's no particular reason to think it will change, but who knows?)
Not only would it be a waste, but I think it would actually make your conjuration DCs worse by removing the effect of greater spell focus (evocation) and mythic school mastery (evocation). It also remove spell focus (evocation), but you get that back by your spell focus (conjuration).
Suggestion:
If you have the Inevitable Excess DLC, you might want to actually check. I'm not 100% certain about my second response about making your conjuration spell DCs worse.
That said I think I recall they nerfed the double dipping in a recent patch.
