I Finally Saved Trever

The dialogue choices weren't exactly the same, but I picked the one that was as close as possible. This was the first playthrough where Sosiel suggested questioning Wirlong Black Mask in the Fleshmarkets. That didn't happen on my previous runs, so I'm guessing something was changed to make it clearer what you need to do.

I was pretty sad, I saved him, then not long after had my mythic path/choices have Trev and Sosiel auto killed...

I didn't follow a guide so you should be fine for it working out

Idk I mean some of the conversation choices might be easy to miss, depending on how you are role playing. So far so good however
I'm trying to romance Galfrey too so I can use her later as well

My interaction with Galfrey is what lead to Sosiel and Trev auto dying so good call to romancing her. I always used Sos so was sad to see him go.

I didn't know you could lose Sosiel for good. How do you prevent, more what chapter do I have to worry about it

I am an evil demon so that played a huge role. It happens in act 5 right after The city of Iz. You will want to pay attention how you do this map if you want to romance the Queen.

I rescued Galfrey on the map. After you go to Drezen, some story happens and I decide to kill the Queen as I am the Queen Demon and taking over. Unfortunately it seems you kill other people including your companions. Sos and Trev among them. Seelah and Ember both survived so it is not just good aligned people, not 100% sure why. Since I saved the brother I kind of thought they should be safe. Oh well.

Trever is pretty amazing if you level him in Thug :)

The game has to be a lot different if you're a demon. What are you helping the demons? Why is there a crusade even unless you become the enemy

There seems to be a lot of ways you can take it. Did I help the demons tho? Noctula and Deskari are dead, so the crusade is succeeding. Queen Galfrey and some others sadly were lost along the way. Golarian sees me as wiping out the enemy, I see it as wiping out any competition ;) If you bow to the Demon Queen you may live.

I didn't mean to make it such a power fantasy type run. Just as things got a little crazier, schemes on schemes were being played. As my Demon Kineticist got stronger, doing the bidding of these 2 Queens. Made me realise that there should be 1 Queen and these 2 should be helping me. Like my companions, as my Demon got more powerful, I didn't need help much just the support buffs. So I went into it. Also fun converting a couple companions into evil forms was neat.

So I'm in the Fleshmarkets but there is no option to talk about Trever with Wirlong the masked demon

Edit figured it out. You have to wait a few days for the quest to trigger.
