Filth Fever Bugged

I have multiple companions in Act 1 that have contracted Filth Fever.

After 2 consecutive saves, it should go away. Lann has succeeded on it more than 6 times now in a row, and he still has it. As well as everyone else who got it. The only way I have been able to remove them is with a remove disease wand, but I am out of charges.

Treat affliction ability. It uses knowledge religion and a first aid kit. It works once per rest. On success it will remove disease.

So you are meaning the natural save to recover from the disease. I've never checked the rolls on that, but interesting you say it's bugged. I can't remember if I ever rested it away or just used treat affliction, scroll of remove disease.
Treat Affliction as said above, use your character with the highest Lore Religion but as I remember it has an easy DC to overcome.

Correct, I checked the log after sleeping for multiple days. They make consecutive saves but it doesn't go away.

Treat Affliction, in the Abilities menu, ever character can do it but you'll want one with a high Lore Religion to do it, and a first aid kit. It does have an easy DC to overcome compared to other diseases.

To report bugs in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous (WotR), you simply have to hit the Alt + B while in-game. It will bring up the bug report menu and you can use it to send a bug report to the developers. It’s a better way than using forums.
