Azata Chapter 3 Deathtrap breaks game *(Where your soul Calls)*

Has anyone Tried an Azata playthrough where In chapter 3 you visit your 'Friends' and they send you to Areelu's Lab?

When you escape, you are away from all friendly territory, can't get home, Corruption eventually maxes out, and you get attacked constatnly by enemies much too high for your level.

It looks like I have to load a much earlier save and loose many hours of playtime and not do the Azata event just to progress in the game.

Anyone run into this?

Strange, because thus far the game has been MUCH easier than kingmaker, and then I run into this and it is just game-breaking.

Just wait till you are in the Abyss, sneaking around and suddenly the game decides to put you in an unavoidable fight against half of the abyss.
There went that playthrough.
Azata has many problems in the narrative that no other mythic has.

For what its worth, I think I missed a path right through wintersun that puts me back in friendly territory. I think thats my bad.

The main danger is accepting this "journey" too early.

or you could just build a Teleportation Circle in Drezen, problem solved...

But yeah that sudden fight in the Abyss, while entirely thematic (i was half expecting that to happen), is... problematic. Took a few reloads...

I was quite early teleported in the Lab. But i rested before at the lake for sweet dreams. So no corruption issue fir me.

Some fights where tough (shadow demon), but it was quite doable by me at lvl 11 on core.

This seems the best way. I don't think the way to get sent to the lab opens up for a couple of weeks - more than enough time to get a teleport circle up.
