In fact, I just copy n pasted that over to Wrath. Not sure how many portraits are in there, but it is A LOT.
So, go to Nexus and search for a portrait pack for Kingmaker.
And Seelah looks fine the way she is. "Glam Seelah" looks like a really bad edit.
And I'm not sure what a 'Kineticist' specific portrait looks like, most of the art I saw kind of just looked like a mage. Even the official art (ok some looked like they're from Avatar the last air bender, but still...).
I think you're being maybe a tad to anal about this? Just a bit?
A Kineticist would be someone manipulating elements who isn't wielding any magic wand or scroll or book or anything like that. Ideally one portrait per element. And yes, they'd likely look like something out of ATLA.
Not at all. I just know what I like.
Start up the game, pick the custom portraits, and concentrate on making your actual character look how you want. The game will start out in a festival with good lighting so, once you get on your feet, use the photo mode feature. Hold down the middle moue button, zoom around to a good angle, and take some screenshots.
Now just crop/resize those images to the required sizes. Drop them into the custom portrait directory, restart the game, and off you go.
But you do you.
It's like the old trope that ninjas where the guys in the black garbs and masks, while in reality ninjas were just dressed like a normal peasant.
Btw here's an idea: pick one mage portrait you like, and if they are holding a book or a staff, just edit them out. There you go, Kinetic.
Also, portraits are race-specific. Even if you are technically correct that a Kineticist can look like anyone, a human can't look like an Oread, for example.
Yeah, I don't know how to edit pictures like that.
