While positive energy usually heals the living, and negative energy usually heals the undead, this isn't always the case. Using the lich path to turn all your spells into negative energy will not cause your spells (like a negative energy fireball) to heal undead, for example.
Kineticist Expanded Elements[github.com], well, "expands" the available elements to include Aether, Void and Wood. Plus all of their infusions. Pretty sure it also has Void Healer in it. Contrary to Void Healer, a "normal" Void Blast dealing negative energy wouldn't heal your dhampir.
Thanks for the recommendation. Is that not on Nexus Mods, though? It'd make it far easier to check for updates and whatnot.
If you wish to stay updated on WotR's modding scene, it's far easier to use ModFinder[www.nexusmods.com]. It's a tool that automatically checks both github and nexus for WotR mods. With it you can install, update, uninstall mods with the press of a button. Pretty handy little thing. Highly recommended.
