Is it possible to save everyone in Iz in my scenario?
I didn't give Galfrey the lexicon and I need to go to the temple first for the secret ending. If I have Hulrun go to guard the base, is it possible for me to get the data, save Galfrey, and keep the camp from being shredded? I think I have Irabeth's confidence counter high enough, but I don't know where to look in toybox to check.

Yes. You have to get to the temple first and get the glass key behind the hidden door(Perception check) then you get out without fighting the enemies here. After that, you can go save Galfrey.

Once she's saved, get back to the temple to get the crystal key after beating the enemies and you can go get the banner after, Hulrun will have protected it.

Do you know where Irabeth's confidence counter is in toybox? I think that's important for saving everyone too.

If you know the exact name of the counter, you could look for it using Search and Pick in Toybox

Why would you want to save Irabeth?

I always have her die, sadly I can't kill Anevia without being completely evil so I never do it.

Search IrabethConfidence in the "Search n' Pick" tab.

Now I'm realizing I have another problem: Irabeth isn't even at Iz. Does anyone know why she wouldn't be there? I didn't even realize she wasn't planning on coming.

Thanks, but now I'm realizing she isn't even there... Is that a lack of confidence or do I have another problem?

Depends. If you kept your commander title before going in the Abyss at the end of Act 3, Irabeth is in Drezen, she doesn't go to Iz.

Irabeth is probably with Galfrey, heading towards undead Terendelev. After getting the glass key, find Galfrey and tell her to stop before they attack.

Why do you hate her? I like Irabeth, she is not stupid lawful good fanatic Paladin, but much more lawrul than Seelah. She had sucsess with her eaglewatch but stays very human all the time. She was almost broken i the chapel to see all her comrardes tortured and turned into ghuls, she sees her weakness and wanted to get degraded. And you can help her, ro get her faith and selfconfidence back.

You need to be very evil and heartless not to serve her. Irabeth is next to Seelah the most loyal person, you can think of. Unlike a certain jealous Queen..

I kept my title, does that mean the queen is now doomed? Will it break anything if I just use toybox to generate the key in my inventory?

When I try to do this, Galfrey is dead before I get there. And Irabeth isn't there at all.

You can try tellng Galfrey to stop, before going to get the glass key, but that may result in the key being destroyed.

The Glass key is only important for the Ascension ending FWIW.

Did you complete Irabeth's personal quest? That might have a bearing.

And I'm aiming to get the ascension ending with Galfrey alive. So would it break my save somehow if I just generate the glass key? Because it seems like that's my only option.

It shouldn't prevent the ending if you add the key in your inventory(At least, I don't think so). However, even without Irabeth, the queen shouldn't die if you go save her before the cutscene with Deskari. Getting the glass key without fighting the enemies in the temple shouldn't trigger it either.
