Can you do this quest if you advanced in the story and the market place is no longer available? I'm already on my way to Drezen.

I don't think you can do it even with mods.

Those red hourglass in the journal indicate that quest is chapter specific. So, all Act1 hourglass questlines are effectively wiped at the end of Act1.

I think you need it for Azata Mythic. Otherwise irrelevant.

With mods you can theoretically set the flags for that quest such that the game thinks you completed it, but that's as close you can get.

It is also needed if you want to get Arueshalae as a companion during Act 2 instead of waiting until Act 3.
