Yes I have tried with protection from elements during the Khorramzadeh fight but the lighting still wrecks my casters, and then my fighters dont stand much of a chance either. T.T
I generally followed cPG Bro's build guides (substituting in some Trickster special critical feats. I can attest to the fact that the builds are suitable for Unfair. By this point your melee types should all have Last Stand.
I agree that Threshold features a massive difficulty spike.
Hellfire ray with ember too.
With quicken rods you can cast twice in a round.
Hopefully ember or cam has fortune / protective luck / cackle, you can spam cackle to extend their small initial duration.
**also all my melee have last stand mythic feat as their first one. This is upto 12 seconds of tanking any amount of damage, which can be used on the next melee aswell when the first one falls or dies.
