3*15*(6+2)*1.5 = 540 damage
Add triple fire bloodline:
3*15*(6+5)*1.5 = 743 damage
Add Ring of Pyromania and Mallander's Insult belt:
3*15*(6+5)*1.5 + 3*(d6+5) + 3*2d6 = 789 damage
Factor in Improved Critical: Ray and Improved Critical Mythic: Ray:
3*15*(6+5)*1.5*1.15 + 3*(d6+5) + 3*2d6 = 900 damage
Factor in the shaman hex Flame Curse, and Elemental Specialist wizard elemental conversion:
3*15*(6+5)*1.5*1.15*1.5 + 3*(d6+5)*1.5 + 3*2d6 = 1340 damage.
This is not yet all, there are some additional increases available e.g. from luck effects and certain gear. And, of course, specific mythic paths allow this to be increased much further.
I dont understand what you mean with all?
what is CL19 ???
how shall I build that you say? what race and class?
im now in ivary sanctum and what I understand so my mythic rank be level 4 later but first I need beat this ivary sanctum.
fire snake and controlled fireball looks ok but any better on this swarms? controlled fireball are the best I can do for the moment I think. I read about holy water and fire flask but I dont hit swarms with that.
If you don't understand the basic rules. Don't attempt to create min maxed builds. It will take the fun out of the game.
For swarms and other enemies, Selective spell metamagic is great, you can just dump aoe spells on top of your own party and nobody will be hit by it.
This.
If you want advice on how to make your party stronger then this is a good place to ask. But trying to hit a benchmark like 1000 with Hellfire Ray will more often feel like you're following instructions instead of playing a game.
cl19 are in end of game and not fun now.
I dont have Selective spell metamagic but I think only put resist fire on my party so no need Selective spell metamagic. controlled fireball looks works well but any better?
its a nice hit ....
Controlled Fireball's entire purpose is to be dropped on the head of your party while they have Resist Fire and Protection from Fire to incinerate swarms at their feet.
Also, if you're playing on unfair and don't have a high level of system mastery... uh.... I don't know what to tell you. It's not going to get easier. Playful Darkness is gonna make you question your sanity.
I dont want have hellfire ray longer... its only for babies
Playful Darkness will be no problem for my army
The problem was this swarm but I fix the problem and conrolled fireball was the soulotion. I spawn some help and them shoot electric some help me. I have a good ring spwan them! good against that swarms!
I see I can fight playful darkness just before act 5 and im are level 16 now. Possible was level 17 for me but its ok was level 16 when I start act 5.
I think thats matter if level 14 or 17 for me... him was dead when im was 14 anyway. I kill him many times only for try! but yes need some luck with crit.
I dont know how it works play with hellfire ray but I dont like play on that way. I only ask before! I play on my own way!

I actually managed to get to level 20 very early in chapter 3 by disabling shared party experience. Most min-maxers create a high level team of 3-4 members this way. Which does wonders for your sanity if you are playing on unfair difficulty.
And now I expect a Harry Potter fan will tell me how "um, actually" I'm wrong and the muggles are the most interesting part of the book series about magic.
But if OP is looking for damage alone, and apparently isn't interested/doesn't understand how to build for it, they might as well just hit things hard, no? ;D
