Weary Guardian Quest Bug

So after doing the puzzle and entering the cut scene with Lilithu. I talk to her and pick the option "I'll have to think about it but I have to go now" and she says just kill the tree and come back, because that is the only option I can choose if I want to help her.
Well as soon as I exit the conversation she aggro's and attacks me. Nothing I do works, and there is no way for me to be on her side.
If I try to kill the tree first. I then can't enter the building as both doors are closed.

Do you use any mods? Have you reported the bug in the game with ALT+B?

I'm not currently using any mods no. And I forgot to do it, but I will get to that ASAP!
