I mean sure, Vudra has a small appearance within Agents of Edgewatch's second book Sixty Feet Under. But that 2e AP is first and foremost about Absalom, not the Impossible Kingdoms. Doesn't quite scratch that same itch.
I don't think any of the adventure paths were based in any of the Asian type societies.
tho since wotr was kinda good aligned with angel stuff, i wouldn't mind if we could have a more evil content, hellknights are interesting, and golarion is huge enough to make something as good as WotR if not better.
