finally got through drezen

jesus that was a slog. took me about 3-4 hours. was level 7 and then levelled up to 8 about halfway through. was i underleveled or something i found it quite difficult on normal mode

I forget what level i usually am but yeah that fight is quite long and some parts are harder than others especially the last fight in the small room which i had to keep reloading

drezen is something i have to plan a day to tackle typically. usually takes 2 days for me to get through completely. but thats also because i primarily play turn based.

You were 7 in Drezen? Goodness, yeah you were pretty significantly underleveled. I tend to hit 6 just after leaving Kenabres and back half of 8, or just hitting 9 when starting the siege.

ah that might explain it then XD. i admit i think i skipped alot of stuff in kenabres not thinking i was missing much ;o

I went into Drezen well into level 8 and hit 9 halfway through it. Usually I'm 10 at start of chapter 3.

1 level short can be crucial - this game is notoriously punishing You if under leveled - on core and above it is better to reduce party size to 3 or even 2 (add pets who dont dilute exp) Six party members are just not optimal - being level 10 hitting Lost Chapel with 2 toons plus 2 pets is MUCH better than hitting that map with lvl 7 six toon party. This applies to Drezen siege as well of course. Final fight could be a reload fest with six lvl 8 toons but a breeze with 2 lvl 10 ones.

I am 8-9 th level, with getting 9 th level somewhere in lattter half of siege, or after the balor cutscene.
But even on hard, siege takes me 15 minutes to 1 hour (Depending if I go straight or clear everything). Plus 30 - 45 minutes citadel + finish chapter.
