It s not in the map of the shop for the mission of woljif？

It's in the shop for Wuljif's quest, down in the basement I think. Literally just saw a friend collect it a less then a day ago.

Not in the basement but upstairs in the top-left corner. Maybe it needs a perception check to find?

Should be, but for me there was no perception check and the whole thing wasn't there. I even reloaded to be sure at the time. Maybe it's a bug.

Anyone know where this thing is at this time? I still cannot find it. Has it been removed from EE? Can anyone confirm?

The Pipefox is where it has always been but the marker is bugged. Go to where it always was and search very carefully with the cursor.

I realize that sounds like a "flakey" answer, but I am 100% sure in what I've said. I'm just writing it in the simplest way possible. The pipefox is 100% still in the game at its old location.

like the above poster said, the pipefox is still there, but the highlight doesn't work so just mouseover the top left area shelf carefully until you see the mouse change.

It's invisible and doesn't show up when you hold tab to show interactables, but it's still where it's supposed to be (on a shelf behind the counter) you can see it as a "loot" icon on the map and if you get your cursor on exactly the right place you can pick it up.
