if you want ranged throwing axes might be bit more optimal , but bow should be good as well.
Melee vivi only wants dex and int and one mythic pick, really.
I'm not saying ranged vivi is impossible or even particularly inefficient (it'll still do a crapload of damage and ranged sneak can be absolutely broken if you set it up right), just that you'll be a bit more constrained with your stats than melee and need to plan accordingly.
But you will have more full attacks since you don't have to run. So maybe you get more dmg in the long run due more full attacks. But i can't say it.
any ability score complains are weird because you get mutagen to solve that issue
