Second, you never apply extracts using bombs. Those are two completely different things.
In the tabletop even with Infusion the extract has to be consumed by the person it will effect and the extract only effects that person, even with spells that normally effect multiple people. As an example, if someone drank an haste extract, it would only effect the drinker, not all allies within a certain distance. I believe Owlcat made it so that alchemists could apply extracts on their allies but had to do it at touch range, but I am not 100% certain of that, it has been a long time since I played Kingmaker. Since the Owlcat version of Alchemist's extracts are treated as spells they can be effected by metamagic feats. So you could reach modify an extract that would be touch range.
