Is there a way to bypass (Energy) Resistance?

Are there any spell feats or class abilities that overcome resistance to specific energy types?

Been looking for a while, I know there are some in DnD but I am less familiar with Pathfinder.

Ascendant Element (mythic ability) can be used to ignore resistances/immunities to a chosen element. The Witch hex "Vulnerability Curse" can also remove elemental resistances, temporarily.

Ascendant Element is what you're looking for. Eg Ascendant Element (fire) bypasses fire resistance and immunity.

Also the Lick has a perk that allow a few per day castings of spells to ignore resistance completely. Finally, the Lich gets access to a few unique spells that are "can openers" coming with the tag "not affected by spell resistance."

Air bloodline gave me a really good skill called Elemental Blast, It would apply electricity vulnerability iirc, all elemental bloodlines give you the respective skill.
