On higher difficulties the AB might be an issue as it is not that high as with an (otherwise similar) Inquisitor archer. However, unlike the Inquisitor a Warpriest archer can easily use Elemental Barrage without multiclassing, so the class has overall a very good damage potential.
Sanctified slayer inquisitor subclass is also similar if youre looking into cult leader.
Same amount of sneak die and BAB, but inquisitor spells over warpriest spells.
AB would be better unless you don't plan on using guarded hearth in which case they'd be fairly equal.
In regard to the main features that's true. However, if necessary Inquisitors can use their domain choices to boost AB further. EG luck domain let's you roll twice which corresponds to around +4 AB (while also increasing the crit and save chance).
not all blessings are implemented and some only halfway
good and law are decent through the whole game
earth, fire, water and weather are great for elemental barrage builds
air is good for pounce charge builds
destruction looks great but i don't remember how it is implemented in the game
EDIT: Looked at good, law and the elemental blessings. They seem strong but mostly for increasing damage even further.
Strength - Enhancement bonus to AB
Luck - Nuff said
Travel - Teleport move action is quite nice for an archer or getting behind enemies without taking AoO
Elementals - Minute long elemental duration buffs for Elemental Barrage
This part is separate from the above -
Inquisitor - Guarded Hearth neuters judgement currently(post 1.4 should make it so Community Inqs don't neuter themselves with it.)
Inquisitor is already quite heavy on action economy even more so if it takes swift domain so you have to choose between judgements or domain abilities, or in the case of guarded hearth it still doesn't matter cause it's a full round action unless you abuse luring.
