What items should you keep?
What types of items should you keep? I know Radiance and that one dagger but what about other equipment? And more importantly stuff like spoons, carvings, etc.? Is any of that kind of stuff used to craft stuff later on?

I can tell you this much: if you hit "Bulk Selling" button and it gets sold, it was "vendor trash" and not worth holding on to.

Some things are crafting materials or spell components - you might need to hold on to those.

buy some 'Bag of holding'. Small, large, whatever size you can get. Its allows the weight of 'x' -tied to bag size, to not effect your inventory. IE large bag of holding removes 500lbs from your inventory. They can be bought and found. Then you can carry what you want, also there is a cog wheel button thing you can modify with some checkboxes that change what the auto sell does, I have mine set to everything but magic items. So I can sell everything with one click and keep what I want. BTW crafting in this game is not like an MMO, the only crafting done is done by your cards in the campaign map, so remove the spoons and whatnot.

Yeah those spoons don't sell as junk, but never found a use for them. I think there is a wooden plate somewhere.

Do however keep all the severed heads and hydra eyes you can find, they have almost no use but it is just fun end a 4 year campaign with 87 rotting hydras eyes in your backpack.

The game doesn't have much crafting per se, BUT: you need some ingredients for food recipes and potions, plus Storyteller occasionally needs stuff to make items for you.

If the item you get through story like radiance, keep it. If it the usual unique item and no one in the party using them, sell it so you can actually buy the one your party member use.

Always take enchanted weapons/shield/armor, if your char is STR based even better (they can pack more), so that each time you got back from dungeoneering you'll profit so much that you got so many robux to spent on potions, items etc etc.

The spoons are useful if you are an Azata. You need a decent number of cheap mundane items to plant in the magical transmuting soil.

Yeah - although I think the vendors come equipped with enough to supply the 35 you need.
