Channel Energy
Is there any way to improve it besides improved Channel? +2DC is nothing. Mythic Channel is ... eh, ok. What are the options here?

Yes.

Stacking Charisma makes the damage side of things a useful way to clear chaff (more useful for the negative variety, obviously...there aren't that many undead in this game), but the main usecase is still using positive energy to quickly top off everybody's HP after a fight or compensate for a huge AoE barrage if you walked into one without first putting your resists up.

So, what's the top possible damage? Like 12d6 + 20? One can easily double cast this for 24d6 + 40. Even maximized, it is like 190 damage. Good if you are Antipaladin, ofc, but otherwise it is meh.

Channeler of the Unknown (from Tabletop Tweaks) is probably the best when it comes to channeling. Since their Channel Entropy damages living, undead and constructs alike. The damage and DC is the same as other clerics. But has more offensive utilisation.

Dread Knight(Antipaladin) from the Expanded Content mod also functions like Unknown Channeler.

My favorite channel is of course, the Warpriest arch. with the ability to Cleanse Evil, whose channel damages demons. That's something to love in this game.

Alas, there are no items or mythics that up that power, as opposed to Positive Channeling.

Even at max lvl (20), Cleanse isn't doing huge damage in a huge radius. Of course, some might say it would "trivialize" the game (i.e. end things quickly). Too bad.

Hmm...
Would love to have access to improved Channel, but where do you get it in the game?
I see extra channel and selective channeling, but would have loved improved channel.
As for other wayus to improve it, I'd say Balance Cleric and get a specific Mace in act 4 that add +2d6 damage to channel negative.
Finally get Demon mythic path to make opponents save twice take the lower roll
Personally trying a Cleric of Gorum, with Glory Domain.
It isn't the best but it's not bad imo
Also should be noted at lvl 14 it in theory should be possible to channel energy 3 times a round as a balance cleric
