It seemed silly to me to respond in detail, but in hindsight it was pretty rude that no one did.
In regards to the spector, just look at the body and do nothing. Then as you exit the area once your done, just loot all. The spector can have some pretty nasty spells at lvl 10 ish.
I know that before corruption starts to bother you, in that brief tutorial section you can still get ambushed in camp, and theoretically grind unlimited exp in the very start of the game...
Tell me about this covenent that might let you do it even better?
If you give it to the queen when it is in your inventory then it will disappear permanently.
Yha, certainly toss that into the bug tracker, it aint priority, but they're going to have to go over quests to see if they made that mistake anywhere else, so much work for maybe one bug, heh.
There is no difference between doing that and abusing a clerly bugged dialogue, but toybox is faster.
Ya I don't have toybox and from the sound of it I will never get it cause I don't like cheating. That is why I decided to say something about this bug so the devs can read this and fix it.
When I first made this post I wasn't sure it was a good idea to say how the bug works as there are some people who would do this because they like taking the easy path and taking your character to level 20 early would make the game easier but after seeing some feedback I realised that the Devs can't fix it if they don't know how it works. I also didn't know there was a mod that was designed for cheating.
There's a guy named Spiffing Brit on youtube, all his videos are about nothing but how to cheese poorly balanced and designed games, including (but not only) this one.
