BUG - Party not joining me after clearing the tutorial.

So I've cleared the tutorial bit, got my ass handed to me by the eyeless demoness or whatever she is called. As soon as I reach the inn/tavern that serves as a temporary base, I talk around with the NPCs, I find there's a dude that allows you to respec your character, I do that, and as soon as I'm done, I notice that that my party is empty. My character is left on her own.
When attempting to rest, I noticed that I can still select party members to have roles, but when going out in the city, they are nowhere to be found.
Is there a way to manually add them to the party composition or am I just screwed and need to do the tutorial again?

Once you step out of the safe area, you get the option to pick who to join you. You just need to go further than outside the tavern.
