Path of the Legend Achievement bugged?

Was just doing my third playthrough, decided to get the Legend Achievement in the Progress, did the neccessary Check and backtracked to the first Wardstone.
Somehow i still didnt get the Achievement. Is it bugged or just something that is missing for me? The other Mythic Path Achievements get unlocked as soon as you put a point in them, so im kind of lost

EDIT: just reloaded the savefile today and i got it

Did you completed Legend questline? Legend is a bit different here - you don't get it powers until you will complete quest.

As i said, i completed the questline by backtracking all the way to Kenabres Wardstone
The only thing i technically didnt do is hit level 40, just level 31
Do i need the levelup to 40 for it to happen?

Hey guys, what's the verdict, is it unlocked only upon completion of the quest or can it be unlocked at the choice of the path?

If i remember correctly it unlocked after completing the questline and had backtracked all the wardstones
Not just when you decide to continue the legend mythic path

Hello, I asked because you posted this before: "EDIT: just reloaded the savefile today and i got it". But what you are telling me now is more in line with what I found about. Thanks anyway.

This achievement will have to remain for another playthrough.

I reloaded the savefile where i had backtracked the wardstones already but it just hadn't popped up.
