Ramien Disappeared After Killing Inquisition Leader

I understand there is a way to get both Ramien and the Inquisitors to help fight the demons, but I missed it and ended up killing the Inquisition leader, Hulrun. Now I have a quest to communicate this to Ramien, but he is nowhere to be found. I have been all over the center square and the Temple area, but no sign of him. Is this a bug, or am I just looking in the wrong place? At this point I am just about ready for the battle, but the more help I can get, the better...

When? Before or after Tavern Defence?
If after, then Hurlun executed Ramien and you missed it.
If before, then Ramien should be still there, but he should still be invisible and you might need to again find him through perception check.

After the Tavern Defence. But if Ramien is dead, I wonder why I had a quest to tell Raimen that the Inquisition leader was killed (by me)...
I gave up trying to find him in any case, and went ahead with the attack--am now the head of the Crusader Army...heh...

its some kind of bug. i killed the douche guy. hurlun. saved him suppsoed to tell he the jerk is dead. but hes no where to be found. im even using see invisi communal. no where.

Yep, that is my experience as well. Moved on to the next chapter, and the quest to tell him about the death of the Inquisitor is still on my log though...heh...

Hurlun or Ramien should appear between end and middle of act 3. You will know if he survived. But Ramien alawys dies if you do not resolve it in any way before Tavern Defence.

Is this accurate? I did the Tavern Defense, and then found Hurlun accosting Ramien, but I was able to attack Hurlun and save Ramiem. Maybe I'm misremembering.

I'm also not sure about that. I think if you do the Tavern Def first, you can still get the showdown between Hulrun and Ramien. Not sure what happens if you kill Hulrum and don't find Ramien before the tavern defense. In my current game I killed Hulrun, did the Mansion quest on my way back I revisited the Market Square and found Ramien. He definitely wasn't there before (I kept a close log on my combat log to see if I had any failed rolls), so it seems I had to reload the Market Square before finding him.

Then I remembered it wrong. After TD happens Hurlun catches Ramien.

Hes literally invisible outside the temple. I remember finding him and saying to myself wtf.. After clearing the map looking for him. Its best to resolve ur issues with him in one go or u get the hulrun capture scene which causes a death.

I found him by the gate and the normal angle made him seem not there. That was alomg time ago tho

fyi you cant get both to defend the tavern but no one has to die. i managed to talk down hulrun using the angelic blade and invite him for the defence, but when i finished with with ramiens' quest to find his disciples he responded that he cant be at the tavern with hulrun and said hes off to rescue people from the ruins. even if both are alive only one of them can be invited to the tavern it seems
