IDK about pro, but this is how I would play it. Trickster is probably the best path
Elf - Blightborn (for elven curve blade and +1 attack vs demons)
River Kingdoms Daredevil (you need to add mobility as a class skill)
str - 13
dex - 19
con - 12
int - 10
wis - 15
cha - 9
With knowledge arcana mythic trick at mythic 3 you can get items with odd stat boosts that can even out most of these
Skills that are a must are athletics and mobility, probably persuasion too just because you can make use of it. Athletics is for trickster athletics trick 3 at mythic 7, it turns you into a full bab class instead of 3/4 bab, as long as you have the max rank in athletics. Mobility increases defense of your mount with feats. The other skills can be what you need for your party. Persuasion can get you AOE shaken on all enemies
Deity - Gorum for chaotic neutral (trickster) and the glory domain. Domain is just for the spells, you get divine power as a level 4 spell which is one of the strongest self buffs that no other hunter can get. War also has that spell, but that domain appears bugged and doesnt give you spells. The other spells you get are also good other than the level 3 spell. Bless weapon for a level 2 spell auto confirms all your crits against evil, so that's pretty good for this build too. You can take other domains later with impossible domain mythic ability
For animal I like triceratops, but really you can pick anything that starts medium. You cant mount until level 7 without a horse unless you have reduce person cast, so just know that. For the mount class I like daredevil unless you have a dog/wolf.

1 - weapon finesse
2 - hunter outflank
3 - power attack, hunter celestial template
4 - +1 dex, spells cats grace, sense vitals, free bless weapon
5 - mounted combat
6 -
7 - indomitable mount, spells magic fang greater
8 -
9 - +1 dex, weapon focus elven curve blade
10 - spells animal growth, aspect of wolf and free divine power
11 - improved crit elven curve blade
12 - +1 dex
13 - improved improved crit elven curve blade, spells geniekind
14 -
15 - improved improved improved crit elven curve blade
16 - +1 dex, spells cats grace mass, they are all kind of trash if you have other casters in the party
17 - improved improved improved crit improved elven curve blade
at this point you should be good, last feat would probably be extend metamagic
mythic ranks - bit of fun
1 - mythical beast
2 - mythic finesse (you will use strength for damage until this point)
3 - trickster arcane trick, abundant casting
4 - trickster perception 1&2 tricks (all the improved crits are from this), mythic power attack
5 - trickster persuasion, improved abundant casting
6 - trickster athletics 1&2, mythic improved crit
7 - trickster athletics 3 and anything rank 1, impossible domain for something cool like community
8 - trickster knowledge world 1&2, could get domain zealot, another domain, sorcerous reflex, lots of options
At this point you should be good. If you use the geniekind spell to add elemental damage you can take elemental barrage ability to add divine damage to all attacks also. If you get favorite metamagic extend somewhere at the end you can use it on trick fate which is the most powerful spell in the game, just with a really short duration.
