Precise Strike Disappearing?

Started with a cavalier, picked up precise strikes to use with tactician, however sometimes my character just randomly loses precise strike and I am unable to use tactician at all since it counts me as not having a teamwork feat.

I don't appear to have lowered stats making me miss the pre-reqs for precise strike, any idea why it would be disappearing?

I noticed this as well. It specifically seems to occur when it isn't a shared feat and when you respec a character or maybe level up. For example, my hunter has precise strike as a teamwork feat and shares it with the pet, and even after respec'ing it doesn't go away (I reselected it). However when respec'ing my other characters, if I put it only on the pet, it disappears for some reason.
