Is there a way to save Kyado?

I want to keep him as a vendor, but also want the Delamere event. Can you dispell his curse? Do I just buy all his stuff, then let him die?

Also, if your only concern is keeping him as a vendor, then there's no need to. Kyado and Arsinoe (the cleric vendor in Dresen) share an inventory. Not just in the sense that they start out with the same stuff, but in that if you buy an item from Arsinoe it also disappears from Kyado's inventory, and vice versa.

Also as Trickster you can become cultist of Baphomet that are allowed into tomb, so curse does not trigger.

Well, when I use the angel response, he gives me the key, but then dies when I return from the crypt. Angel is my mythic.

You need to wait until near the end of Act 3. Something will happen where a quest will take you back there and its at that point the Angel choice you picked comes into play.
