Ring of red salamander vs ring of pyromania

Which ring is better? I have Nenio using fire, but also Ember using fire.

for nenio ring of pyromania, as long she uses her wizard spellbook aka prepared spellbook, she won't get additional spells from red salamander

for ember both are good

The main point of the red salamander ring is to give fireball to people who aren't allowed to select it at level-ups, like stigmatized/ley line witches, oracles, and inquisitors.
