From what I remember Alucard wasn't much of a lawful guy, nor much of a supporter of any system so I would go for some sort of neutral. I am not so sure if he could be described as plain evil either. In my opinion chaotic neutral madman is closer to it.
Also remember few different alignment choices here and there do not shift your alignment much. So if you are lawful evil it does not mean you have to keep picking lawful evil choices. You can pick sometimes lawful good and be a happy camper.
All of the lawful options I’ve seen boil down to “do what seems right without actually thinking about it” Also Alucards behavior seemed pretty lawful to me. He only killed people if it made sense to and always loyally follows the orders of his master who herself served her country. Let’s not forget that Alucard himself was once a dictator and seems to retain that mentality. All of the lawful options so far have just been rash and thoughtless
One of the biggest flaws in this game is the dialog options. I wanted to rewrite them after I beat it but can't figure out how. Yet. Both lawful options - good and bad - need a lot of help. I found that the non-alignment dialog choice sounded the best more often than not.
