Turn vs Round

If I remember right, in D&D a turn is 10 minutes and a round is about 6 seconds. I never played tabletop Pathfinder, but I assume is same or similar.

The reason I bring this up is because in this game the term round and turn are used in descriptions. It is looking like the 2 terms are interchangeable, and if they are that make it unnecessarily confusing.

As i remember it a turn is when everyone involved in combat has done their round , so its still only 6 seconds even in dnd
