I remember Tutorial suggestion to cast regular Restoration to remove Paralisys, do you have someone who could try it?
Kill the enemy before it can cast it like kodama said. Magic Nullification mythic ability would also do the trick but most of the time that ability does you more harm than good, so it's probably not worth it to waste a mythic ability for it.
That's one use I've gotten out of Enduring Spells, casted a prot. for cold 24h, and walked it off on the world map.
One of the Hags during the last part of the chill creek cast that on my party, with the DC being something silly like 40 or some such.
Currently best way to get rid of it is to cast protection vs elements and exit to world map and rest there since you stop taking damage in world map.
IF YOU ASK ME easiest fix to this problem would be that this spell will expire shortly/immediately if you are not in combat.
Oh, and I finished the game. It was fun going the Azata route. Such a cute dragon! :-D
And Mass Icy Prison is a 9th level spell it's supposed to be utterly devastating. A single cast of that from my main character was enough to instantaneously win most encounters (including several boss encounters too) near the end of the game (and severely cripple the enemy side in some other encounters), so it's to be expected that it'll be very dangerous when used against the party aswell. There's even a loading screen tip that you shouldn't underestimate control spells - yes many encounters are very fast and don't require them but that does not diminish their power.
From my experience I can confirm it's definitely removable by dispel magic (I often accidentally dispelled MY OWN icy prison from enemies when attempting to remove their buffs - it not only is dispellable but it even gets targeted first before all other effects it seems). It also allows a new roll every single turn to get out of the paralyze and downgrade to entangle (and once you aren't paralyzed, you can eat potions or scrolls or wands or leave to the world map and teleport away).
But yeah, save often in case you game over and need a better strategy, and keep in mind that you generally have as much time to prepare as you want. Also unlike us enemies don't have ascendant element cold so that helps a lot with survival in this particular case because resist/protection from elements are not very high level spells and not difficult to get access to, and there's also a bunch of gear with cold resist and lots of subclasses have thematic gimmicks that provide resistances and immunities to various elements.
