dragon disciple require draconic bloodline

Before it was possible to pick a non draconic bloodline and still pick dragon disciple but has this been fixed? if it hasnt was gonna pick serpentine for the extra bite but heard conflicting reports saying its been fixed but wanted to confirm, thanks

Still works that way. You'll also get a free draconic bloodline when you level up as dragon disciple if you didn't have one as sorcerer.

It depends on your class.
If you pick a class that gives you a bloodline, then you need to pick a draconic bloodline to meet the requirement of Dragon Disciple... You can, however, pick the Mythic Ability "Second Bloodline".
I found about this requirement the hard way, with my Natural Attack Build : having a Bloodrager with a Snake bloodline did not allow me to pick Dragon Disciple. Well, to be precise, I could pick Dragon Disciple while leveling up, but I did not have any draconic bloodline to choose from to complete the process.

If you are a spontaneous caster without any bloodline (such as Stigmatized Witch), you can pick Dragon Discipline and it gives you your draconic bloodline.

I have 1 level of oracle for wolfs head, so I would get a draconic bloodline from this?

Nope.
You need to be able to cast arcane spells...
This means :
- Sorcerer
- Witch Archetype (Stigmatized)
- Bloodrager

Oracle is a divine caster.
Stigmatized witch getting Oracle curse, they can have Wolf's Head Curse ^^

I will have bloodrager primalist but dont really want to pick a draconic bloodline as I would rather have either serpentine for bite or abyssal for flavor, will this effect dragon disciple?

It shouldn't work according to tabletop rules because a spontaneous arcane caster that comes with a bloodline (any Sorcerer, any Bloodrager, Eldritch Scion (Magus Archetype)) has its heritage already set and thus shouldn't qualify for Dragon Disciple unless the bloodline is of mixed type or the mythic ability "Second Bloodline" (any draconic) is picked.

Only spontaneous arcane casters without any bloodline should get to pick the bloodline retroactively and qualify if they didn't multiclass into any spontaneous arcane caster class that comes with a bloodline.

That's exactly how it work in my game.
More specifically, as I said, I "can" pick the Dragon Disciple prestige class if I already have a bloodline that is not draconic, but when the game asks me to pick my draconic bloodline for Dragon Disciple, they are all grayed out... preventing me to effectively pick the first level of Dragon Disciple.

FYI - Dragon Disciple gets a bit attack at level 2.

Pro bite tip : Every bite attack stack.
If you go : Tiefling Motherless (bite attack) + Oracle/Stigmatized Witch with Wolf's Face Curse (bite attack) + Bloodrager Snake Bloodline (Bite Attack) + Dragon Disciple level 2 (Bite attack) + Rage Power from primalist (bite attack), you have 6 bite attacks.

basicly my build though at first went abyssal for cleave then will use a mythic for snake, Wanted a primal lamushtu with claws, but claws got no love in this game

Draconic Bloodline have access to the cleave feat.
If you go full Demon Path, you have claws and horn too. Alternatively, the Animal Totem line give you claws (and Pounce with the Greater totem) and the Lesser Fiend Totem gives you horn, but those are mutually exclusive. Draconic bloodline have claws, but only for a limited number of rounds per day.
The "Nails Hex" give you permanent claws too, but weak claws.

Demon Path gives the easiest access to claws and horns, requiring less investment AND upgrading natural attacks along the way.

yeah was going animal totem for pounce, only went abyssal for flavor, will have to mythic secondbloodline
