Alushinyrra lower city needs dimensional door to pick up chests on roofs?

I'm missing some twist on this bizarre camera rotation stuff? there's a lot of chests on the top of the houses and i ca'nt reach, i dont have dimensional door right now, there's a way to get those without it?

Respec your caster to add dimension door, wand of dimension door, scroll of dimension door.

You should have at least one prepared arcane caster, in Nenio. Have her learn and cast dimension door. Experimental meddling with the spacetime continuum? How can she say no!
