Vellexia question

So I am in Act IV and am in desperate need of diamonds and diamond dust. I've been told that I can find a vendor in the Mage Tower that sells the stuff, but a quick search in Google suggests I have to get the key to the place from Vellexia. So I went and tried to start her line of dating quests, but she never gave me the option to do anything with her.

I have not yet done the Battlebliss events, nor anything with the Ten Thousand Delights area. Do I have to get my reputation up in the Battlebliss before I can activate her questline and get that key?

I guess I'll reload and head to the Ten Thousand Delights area or maybe the Battlebliss, but I've already lost one Companion I cannot afford to bring back to life, I'd hate to potentially lose more before getting my hands on a couple diamonds.

Maybe dealing with Vellexia is a alternate route - one I've never taken, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist - but to get the Mage's Tower key, I've made progress on the quest involving ...

I didn't see any diamond dust nor diamonds in his inventory. :( I'm about to finish off the revenge quest in Ten Thousand Pleasures area, and I understand the new owner will do some trading, so maybe she has some.

You need to get the key to get to the Mage's Tower from Ziforian; once you get inside the Tower, you can get access to markets in Golarion. Talk to Shamira at the Harem of Ardent Dreams to get started.

Yeah, the Thousand Delights quests are done now, and no diamond anything. I'll try the Ardent Dreams area, but maybe I should just do the Blattlebliss first and save scum like a madman if anybody dies
