Might've used something different if my party wasn't built around a typical charisma stacking angel oracle.
I was a trickster in that game and got her completely normal spell, which can be really nice. Even so, the demonslayer dip is a good combo, I think.
Both are very important. Witch dip gives 5 AC basically which is very important in act 1-2. Monk dip transfers Cha into AC and permits her to use monk robes. She will not be using armor. Despite that magic vestment(armor) buff will still apply. You will need to use mage armor and pick mythical ability - archmage armor. And also shield spell. Barskin, Faith, Mirror image+displacement. She was tanking really well for me. Unique enemies like Playful Darkness excluded.
About dips. Unlike Baldurs Gate 2 and other older dnd games - multiclassing is not only not harmful but pretty much a part of the whole game. Dipping is not an exploit. Its part of the mechanics. My only rule is not to make RP unfriendly dips i cant justify. For example giving Seelah a Hellknight level.
