charisma items
for my skald i really like the helmet that gives him +4 to init, but i need more charisma so i can cast all his spells, just wondering if there are any other item slots that arent a head slot that can give my skald +2 cha.

There definitely are headbands that give both, Int and Cha bonus. I do not know what's the highest value you can get in this game though.
In Kingmaker you could even get a +6 to Int, Cha, and Wis headgear.

thats the problem tho, i have charisma items already, but they are all head slot items, which would mean i lose my +4 init on my skald, which i wouldnt be a fan of, because i prefer for him to have really high init so he goes first in most my combats, im looking for like a cloak of charisma or something that you equip to any other slot but your head slot

in act 3 you can buy gloves that give +2 enhancement bonus to charisma, in act 4 you can find a tome that you can use for a +2 inherent bonus to charisma and in act 5 you can get a robe that adds +4 enhancement bonus to charisma, but the opportunity costs for that one is pretty high

excellent, thanks. the gloves will work perfectly since i only need +2(i think). skalds are like bards and only get up to lvl 6 spells right?

Yep, exactly the same spell list too unless I'm mistaken.

Tbh, Skald don't need that much CHA unless he's gonna go around Shouting things to death. And even then, there's the Court Poet.

Skalds use the Bard spell list, yes.

does that work? right now im only at 14 charisma but i can cast lvl 5 spells, so my cha is 1 short of where it needs to be. but for my lvl 5 spells it shows 0 casts available. do you need to have the 24 hour buffs then rest? or will it just let me cast them as soon as i have my cleric cast eagles splendor if i change up her spells

I used to have Lann as my skald , and Eagle's splendor worked just fine.
