Permanently lost main character weapon + Lann's weapon

Like it says on the tin, I ran into a bug where my MC's weapon vanished. It was unequipped from her and not in inventory. Same thing happened to Lann. I assumed it was a bug related to that scene where you have an unarmed fight with Lann, but when I reverted to earlier saves, same thing. Eventually, I reverted to a MUCH earlier save, where MC had her weapon. But then, after I traveled a bit, weapon had vanished again and was not in inventory. Having built around the demon-summing glaive, including various feats, this basically makes my character totally pointless. Has this happened to anyone else? Any fixes? As I said, reverting to earlier saves hasn't helped, it seems like the weapon is now permanently bugged for this character. Incredibly frustrating.

Just to make sure, this particular weapon can be used to create another artifact with a crusade management event. When you do that, the original is used to make whatever the other thing is. You didn't accidentally do that, did you?

I had not activated that Soul Shear event/decree, no. Could just having that event as an option in campaign mode be bugging my ability to use the weapon? I guess I will fire up the game, start and rush through that event, and see what happens - thank you for the suggestion!

If you never start that event you should still have the original glaive.

Yeah similar thing happened to me a while ago when going through Drezen.

Seelah had this longsword, really good one at the time. Ended the stream and returned to the game the next week for another stream. Usual stuff, right.

Well, I have been noticing she was not really doing much in combat. Checked her inventory out of curiosity and boom, she was missing her sword.

Decided to reload earlier saves when I was 100% sure I could not sell it or something. But nope, she was bare-handed in all previous saves. It boggled my mind so I went back through my VoDs and yeah she had it at the point of me making those saves.

Game just kinda decided to literally delete the sword out of existence in all of my save files.

Later happened with a rapier that Mr. sexy noble had.

Really strange, been playing games for decades now and this is the first time weapons keep vanishing from my game.

What you described is basically exactly what happened to me - weapons disappearing randomly and across all saves. It's a bit ridiculous actually, especially given the centrality of weapon type to many builds in pathfinder. Such a buggy damn game!

I am sorry I could not help tho.

Heck the game no longer even works for me so one could say that vanishing weapons was the least of my problems.

I hope they continue to patch and improve to the point where they've ironed out most of the game-breaking bugs, because it's a really great story and a lot of fun.

Happened to me as well. The demon summoning glaive my artistic cleric was using and the kickass sword that Seelah had.

if yes, than you might used one on a crafting project and the other you gave away to isabeth

I had a weapon disappear when I unequiped it in anything other than the default inventory screen. Such as a vendor. Stuff disappears when you do that.

Same for me in that weapons sometimes randomly disappear, the most blatant tho was putting stuff into my chest and seeing some items in my inventory disappear while I move the items… I move weapon A to the chest, weapon B is next to weapon A and disappears… but why?
