Fiend Totem not working?

I wanted to make a character with as many natural weapons as possible, and for the sake of this I have so far taken Kitsune for a bite attack, Primalist giving me claws while I rage, the animal fury rage power for another bite attack, which does stack, and the fiend totem which should give me a horns attack. All of the natural weapons I have so far all work and stack, except for the horns from the fiend totem which dont work at all...

Ive not reported it as a bug yet, because Im not sure if its
A) a bug
B) Me misunderstanding the rules which make it so these abilities arnt supposed to stack or something
or C) Just a feature they havent implemented yet.

Has anyone come across this with a build less focused on having all the natural weapons? Maybe a build with a regular barbarian?

In case anyone was wondering I got the close to the abyss mythic perk, and that DID work, which makes me assume its not option B, so its either a bug, or a not yet implemented feature...

I am guessing you are trying it while Rage is active.
You can always report it.
They should release next beta update at the end of April.
