Secret ending specific date requirement? *spoilers*
So how exactly a player is supposed to know that the Threshold should be entered at 3rd week of Grozen? Is it said somewhere in some book, or a kingdom research? The closest piece of info that I found was that book from Pulura Falls, but it mentioned slightly different dates in Grozen and the description of them has a very vague connection to the worldwound activity.

The 4 researches that are required for the secret ending are supposed to give you all the clues you need but due to bugs they do not show ( unless it was fixed in 1.1 ).

The plumura reasearch in act 5 tells you the dates.

The sword of valor hints the ascension being a possibility. Areelu's notes say that crystals can be merged for a more powerfull effect . There was a reddit post that was able to get the exact text that should have been appearing in game. I will try to re-find it

edit : here it is https://old.reddit.com/r/Pathfinder_Kingmaker/comments/qa4nsa/context_for_the_secret_ending_that_currently_does/

Check the section about Stargazers

So probably it was a bug then, because when I done both the researches from Pulura they literally didn't tell me anything.

Yeah none of the 4 researches required for the ending give the text they should have.
Also the year doesnt matter for now at least. I did on 16 without issues. But I believe this is another bug because the plumura research says specifically year 17. This is further supported by dialogue at the end of the game

But until it gets fixed previous year works as well

Curently there is simply no checks for year in code of secret ending at all. So higly doubt it's a bug more like done on purpose to make it less hard.

The hardest part in waiting for year 17 is the ridiculous demon army spawn every 4 days, lol. I hope they will remove in the next patch or something.

Untrue. The dialogue with areelu specifically says that the correct "dates" are very seldom and happen with big year gaps between them

Also this is the text that should show from research :

The study of the stargazers' observations made it possible to ascertain some interesting patterns in the \"life\" of the Worldwound — namely, discover a date when the connection between the two planes, Golarion and the Abyss, is the strongest and energy freely flows both ways through the rifts. The date is the third week of Gozran 4717.

You can play Crusade on lowest difficulty (but not auto-mode) and it's not affecting your game difficulty (so safe for achievements).

Do you really think that devs FORGET to place a date check (but DO check month and day) and still not fixed it after so many patches?

Read my entire message instead of half ot it and you will see how the research specifically says 4717. I also provided a reddit link and edited my comment at the top of the post.

They didnt forget to place it . ITs there as is areelu dialogue . I dont get why you want to pretend otherwise but to be frank I dont care either. I gave the information to OP as requested. If you wish to deny it thats your call

But thanks for reminding me why I blocked you

1) This text is not in game. Via bug or devs intention - we don't know.
2) In same time code do not check for year. Proof:
https://www.reddit.com/r/Pathfinder_Kingmaker/comments/qj5bkd/distilled_secret_ending_requirements_from/
3) Neither of both is fixed after many patches.

As for me it's worked as intended by devs now. Yes, it's may be a bug-feature too.
