Report a translation problem
1. You'll knock out most of your quest log all at the same time, and
2. You should be level 4 by the time you completely clear it.
That extra level should help you clear everything else you need to do.

Library and Market square I'd hit earlier. The mansion shouldn't be too bad at level 4-5.
+Market square resets after the defence and you'll miss out on some encounters/XP if you don't clear it before the defence. You should also do the tower and library early. I think those are the only three areas that change pre and post defence.
Once you've done the Library and most of Market Square, and met Woljif, you're under no real time pressure; rest all you like.
This gets me to level 5 for the Defense, then it is just mopping up the rest of the areas and the few tougher (usually corner/building) fights in the Market.
