Regill kill him or keep him
Guy seems to be pretty evil. Also pretty useful. I am playing a good character. He just doesn't seem to be a guy he would approve of.

Kill him :)

They make it tough however when you initially find him ..he kills his wounded and doesn't give the clerics adequate supplies to survive.

I suspect murdering regill is not a "good guy" thing to do in any event. At the end of the day you don't need him or any other character. You can backbench or boot him too if you see fit.

He is closer to lawful neutral in most aspect.
IE he values order and victory at any cost. He is a pragmatic, he will not kill or sacrifice people without a need for it. But if he need to sacrifice people to help win a battle, he will.

As a good character I kept him around. There was a lot of disagreement, but he still had respect for me. Probably because I was loyal good, and he valued the loyal part of the character.

well that true..taking the law into your own hands is not the way to be.However in a lawless area..justice is needed.

He actually did give them enough supply to survive but just the bare minimum

The clerics wasted their supply on charity in the world wound and that was a mistake

He also explained why he killed the injured as he didn’t wanted to give the gargoyle what they wanted.
and having seen what the gargoyles were gonna do it was a good thing he did

Yea it tough. But I think I will let him live just because as mentioned. If you kill him then your the murderer. Defending yourself is one thing but thats not defending yourself.

I'll commission a mod so you can bring him before the International Golarian Criminal Court ("IGCC"). It'll probably require a time lapse for legal procedural challenges. I hear the Order of the Godclaw has a really good lawyer on retainer.

Regill makes it clear that the Hellknights' long-term plan is to remake all of Golarion in their own image, so on the off chance that they both live that long, my Azata arcanist expects to eventually count Regill as an enemy. For the moment, though, they are working together toward a common cause, and she respects his intelligence and dedication even if she overrules most of his suggestions. They will have each other's back in a crisis until the day when they don't, and I expect they'll both have the courtesy to state clearly when that day comes.

What i disliked about him was all the testing he was doing . Also being a gnome :p could be worse tho could had been a dorf. Seen how they run ? XD
Just keep him personally I'll keep any companion sans Lann early game (I HATE monks! And Wendu has more hilarious banter and is way better from a gameplay perspective) ultimately having him around is an option and he is very good from a stats wise perspective which is ultimately what is my deciding factor on companions I really do NOT give a damn about their personal choices, in a war against demons I'll take anyone I can get; especially if I'm playing a character like a Necromancer or an Azata or Trickster which really don't care about the alignment of characters and all about just having fun; for me its all about the fun factor besides Regill's decision making does have a certain grim logic to it: in the case of the wounded crusaders he was doing them a mercy, his troops couldn't carry the wounded and survive the oncoming Gargoyle attack, at the same time to leave them behind would have left them to agonizing and worse deaths at the hands of the Gargoyles; in my opinion the mercy kills were the best thing you could do in the circumstance, try to save them and you die along with them, leave them and they die, either way they die but two paths involve surviving.

Regill, and more importantly his Hellknights, are very useful in a tight spot. Do you want to beat demon armies to pulp and win this war? Hellknights will help, just the job. He's an arsehole but needs must.

tho the game state he is lawful evil, as stated previously he is rather lawful neutral

wether you want to kill him or not is all up to your character's pov, you should be more likely to kill him if you are chaotic neutral/ chaotic evil considering he is extremely hatefull of anything that is demon alike... aka chaotic
