Calistra's Blessing. Whats it do?
Anyone know? Got it for an hour after starting the fight with Stathan Vhane.
I've heard other people say their god of choice has given them blessings before as well, usually permanently. Anyone know all the side effects?

So Calistra's Blessing shrouds your entire party in Wasp Cloaks, whether or not they deal damage i dont know. Stauntan and Mhinago died instantly.

Update: She gives +1 to hit plus the visual effects.

Yep, it gives you the effect of the spell "cape of wasps" I think. But they are not supposed to died automatically, the blessing is no big deal, you still have to fight them

by instantly, i meant we obliterated them rather quickly, nenio critically hit with a snowball plus 4d6 sneak attack damage, so she did like 47 points of damage then my MC is a Estoc wielding Magus / Thug / Trickster with Elemental Barrage so she of course sneak attack crit elemental barraged staunton into oblivion as well then, Sosiel's Similodon pounced and finished him off.

So what are exactly the requirements for those blessings and which gods give them?

They're not permanent. They're short term buffs for when you invoke them.

Basically depending on your god choice you'll have conversational options relating to them. Sometimes that can cause a buff to be cast on you. For example, if you worship Cayden (god of booze) when Defender's Inn gets attacked you can invoke him if he's you're diety. He'll buff you to save the booze. Calistra you can invoke when swearing revenge on someone, etc.

Its not frequent enough to build around. But its a fun bit of flavor when it happens. Pick whatever god fits your character. Even Athiests get some dialogue options.
You get buff (greater heroic) from Sarenrae during Wintersun village battle for example.
you can swear on asmodeus a few time including on nurah, and ask sarenrae blessing in wintersun as far as i remember, no idea ofr other deities tho

can someone confirm if there's one with iomadea ?
I can confirm there is one for Torag during the defense of the Inn in chapter one. If you pray to torag he turns your skin to adamantine and it makes basically unkillable because almost nothing can hurt you
Gozreh gives you a buff as well, in the locust caves, but i never figured out what it did.
When fighting a certain dragon later on, Gorum straight up gives you Legendary Proportion or something similar, you become huge
May I add that I loved the moment when Calistria intervened? :-)

I think it's for flavour, too... but it's very nice flavour. I love Calistria, Desna, Cayden Cailean and Shelyn. <3
